4. The Inciting Moment - the event that cause your scene to occur.
5. The Who-What-Were-When-Why-How Journal 
6. The Objectives - what does your character want? 
7. What is your relationship to the other character in the scene?
8. Describe the setting of your scene. 
After the performance: 
You need to write a self-reflection on your performance. 
 Requirements for the Performance: 
The lines must be memorized! 
The scene must be blocked! 
There must be business! 
Props of some sort must be used!
You must perform to the best of  your ability!!!

One to two actors mime a story as an “angel” narrates.   The story is very sweet and filled with very nice, good things.

When the story ends, the “demon” says, “On the other hand….” And then narrates the same story but with really bad evil things occurring.

Friday, Monday 24th:

Copy your script out by hand. This will help you memorize your lines and in case you lose the script, then you will have a handy back-up!
Acting Exercise: Find a line in the script that captures who your character is - her issues, her needs, her objectives, the driving force in her life. Then standing in a circle, say the line with the same emotional intensity as your character would. If you do not have a scene yet, then say a line that reflects how you are thinking or feeling right now.
